"Listen for Life" Events in Honolulu, Hawaii, May 15th and 16th

Bach Other selections for viola and piano duo, to be announced Erin Nolan, viola, and Donna Stoering, piano “A Walk within Winter” (for solo piano, composed  in 1995 for Donna Stoering) Brent Heisinger Donna will announce other solo piano works that she will play on this evening. Additional events on Monday May 16th, 2011: 12 noon - 1pm: "Change Your Music, Change Your Life" A Talk by Donna Stoering, founder of Listen for Life Rotary Luncheon, hosted at Willows Restaurant, 901 Hausten St, Honolulu, HI 97826  [map] 7pm: "Music and Spirituality" A Lecture Recital by Donna Stoering, sharing music and words on the theme of Music and Spirituality Calvary By the Sea Lutheran Church 5339 Kalanianaole Highway, Honolulu, HI 96821  [map] Admission to the above events are FREE to the public. However, free-will donations will be collected to benefit: Sounding Joy Music Therapy in Hawaii, The Honolulu Symphony Orchestra, and Listen for Life projects worldwide. MUSICIAN BIOS: Donna Stoering is an internationally known concert pianist and singer, and Grammy award nominee, and has been an artistic ambassador for both the USA and Great Britain. Donna is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Listen for Life Foundation. Erin Nolan has performed at Carnegie Hall with Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Project and toured as part of the English Chamber Orchestra, the BBC Symphony, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.  She is the founder of   Notes for Nourishment.
